Tomorrow's Store at London Craft Week 2019

The Prince’s Trust was delighted to be represented in this year’s London Craft Week (8th-12th May) by some of the extremely talented makers and creators it has supported through the Tomorrow's Store.

London Craft Week is an annual event that showcases exceptional craftsmanship through a journey-of-discovery programme featuring hidden workshops and unknown makers alongside celebrated masters, famous studios, galleries, shops and luxury brands.

From contemporary textiles and homewares to handmade candles and fashion, the public discovered an abundance of craft techniques employed across the work of our ambitious Tomorrow's Store entrepreneurs. The weekend saw our young people deliver workshops to share their craft with over 70 people including:

Silk Screen Scarf Printing with Katie Charleson (www.princestrust-store.co.uk/katiecharleson)
Soy Wax Candle Making with Melitarose (www.princestrust-store.co.uk/melitarose)
Ceramics workshop with Motions of Clay (www.princestrust-store.co.uk/motionsofclay)
Headband Making Workshop with War & Drobe (waranddrobe.com)

The weekend was a fantastic opportunity for our Tomorrow's Store entrepreneurs to showcase their work and promote their businesses and future workshops.
