Sally Darby, 30 from Bristol, is an illustrator specialising in surface pattern design, greetings cards, children's book design and paper sculpture. She launched her business in December 2014.
Sally struggles with her mental health and a neurological condition that makes her life very challenging.
As a result of things breaking down she found herself homeless and then having to live in supported accommodation. She turned to the Prince's Trust and with our support was successfully able to achieve her goals through the Enterprise programme. Since then, Sally has gone on to be one of the winners chosen in the 'Tomorrows Talent' competiton to find a budding artist of the future. The competition was run by the Prince's Trust. The retailer 'Fatface' has chosen her designs to appear on a range of accessories to appear in store at the beginning of 2017.
