Katie Charleson, originally from rural Scotland but now London-based, is a printed textile designer who launched her business in 2014.
After studying textiles at Glasgow School of Art, Katie worked for various fashion labels in Scotland, London and New York. Wishing to fulfil a desire to create her own printed homewares label she then turned to The Prince’s Trust and, with our support, was successfully able to achieve her goals through the Enterprise programme. Katie has enjoyed working with some fantastic stores, including creating a limited edition collection of screen printed kitchen linens for beloved department store Heal’s. Her bespoke cushions have been commissioned by interior designers UK-wide; and her fashion prints have appeared at London Fashion Week and beyond.
Katie Charleson's eponymous printed homewares label is committed to creating sumptuous, unique textiles. Always leading the design process with colour, her prints create cushions, throws and kitchen linens that are modern, bright and desirable.
